French born, Berlin based Digital Marketing expert with a holistic approach to paid media marketing and a particular affinity for performance-based marketing strategies. Experiences in digital acquisition across several channels and industries, both client and agency side. Strong interest in growth, data-driven marketing, startups and advertising ecosystem. A real swiss army knife when it comes to digital paid media. DCMN is the growth marketing agency for digital businesses and startups. As a full-service agency, we offer creative, media, brand & insight solutions. Our data-driven approach combines technology with expert knowledge, to grow the market leaders of tomorrow.

I am currently leading the digital department of the agency, composed of 10 media experts working across all acquisition channels (social, search, video, display, audio…).

(Senior) Digital Marketing Manager - DCMN (Sept 2020 - Nov 2023)

- Design and implementation of performance-based marketing campaigns on various digital channels (search, social, display, programmatic, mobile, influencers).
- Full responsibility on assigned clients and their online marketing campaigns.
- Analysis and interpretation of campaign results, ability to explain them to clients and discuss the results with them on advanced level
- Preparation of comprehensible reports and presentations that reflect campaign success and improvement points.
- Participation in the conception of media growth strategies for prospective clients
- Collaboration with the tech department to create and improve processes and dashboards for online marketers

Performance Marketing Manager - audibene (June 2019 - Sept 2020)

- Managing Google Ads (Search, GDN, YouTube) & Display channels (Taboola, Outbrain, Criteo...) for Asian markets with the aim of driving cost-efficiency.
- Responsible for the research, acquisition and coordination of potential partners.
- Conception and creation of advertising material in cooperation with the graphic team.
- Analysis and evaluation of campaign results, creation of reports and final derivation of new solutions.
